This policy explains how VBCJ Solutions Ltd, trading as Tavren ("Tavren", "we", "us"), handles personal data in connection with the website tavrensolutions.com under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are the data controller. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

The website itself is a static site with no database, no backend and no user accounts — it stores no personal data of its own. The limited data described below is handled by the named third-party processors, not held on this website.

1. What we collect, and why

• Contact enquiries. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional) and message you provide, so that we can respond to you. The form is submitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, which forwards your message to us by email at contact@tavrensolutions.com. Web3Forms processes the submission to deliver it and retains a copy in the Web3Forms dashboard for up to 250 submissions; you may request deletion of your submission by contacting us. Once received, your message lives in our email inbox.
• Purchases. When you buy a toolkit, the payment and your billing details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, under their own privacy policy. We receive limited order information (such as your email and what you purchased) to fulfil and support your order. We do not see or store your full payment-card details.
• Free starter kit. If you download the free kit, you provide an email address at checkout via Lemon Squeezy, used to deliver the kit and, where you have agreed, to contact you about Tavren.
• Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless, and collects aggregated, anonymous usage statistics only. It does not track, drop tracking files, or identify individual website visitors.
• Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security, performance optimization, and infrastructure delivery, under GitHub's own privacy practices.

2. Toolkit usage and your company data

Our toolkits are structured prompts you run entirely within your own chosen third-party AI tool. We never see, receive or store the company data you choose to work with when using a toolkit. How your chosen AI provider handles that data is governed by their terms, not ours.

3. Legal basis

We process contact-enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you; order data on the basis of performing our contract with you; and analytics on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding aggregate Site usage.

4. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate — Lemon Squeezy (payments/fulfilment), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), and our hosting providers. Where these third-party processors handle or transfer personal data outside of the United Kingdom, we ensure that standard contractual clauses, UK international data transfer agreements, or equivalent recognised legal safeguards are maintained to protect your data.

5. Retention

We keep contact-enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and order records as long as required for legal, tax, compliance, and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@tavrensolutions.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
