FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What the toolkits are, how you use them, what they cost, and what happens to your data. If your question isn't here, get in touch.

What is Tavren?
Tavren publishes structured AI toolkits that help in-house SAP teams prepare for the move from ECC to S/4HANA. Each toolkit is a professional playbook of structured prompts you run in your own AI tool to produce repeatable, decision-ready outputs for a specific business function — Finance, Sales, Supply Chain or HR. Tavren is a trading name of VBCJ Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Is there a deadline for moving off ECC?
Yes. SAP ends mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC at the end of 2027, with optional extended maintenance available to the end of 2030 at additional cost. Either way, the business-readiness work — assessing each function, cleaning data, testing and planning cutover — takes time, and it's far less risky done ahead of the deadline than against it.
What exactly is in a toolkit?
A toolkit is a set of carefully structured prompts — not software, and not a vague list of tips. Each prompt sets the role, context, inputs and output format so your team gets a consistent, decision-ready result every time: readiness assessments, checklists, test scenarios, data-quality reviews, cutover plans and more.
Why does structured prompting matter?
AI tools are only as good as what you ask them. A handcrafted, context-rich prompt consistently outperforms an ad-hoc question, which tends to produce inconsistent or misleading output. Tavren toolkits are that prompting expertise, packaged — so you get the same quality of result every time, without each person having to learn prompt design from scratch. More on how it works.
Which AI tools do I run the prompts in?
Any capable AI assistant you already use — for example ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. The prompts are tool-agnostic: you paste them into your chosen assistant and run them in order, adding your own context where the toolkit guides you to.
Does Tavren see my company data?
No. You run the prompts in your own AI tool, and you stay in full control of what you choose to share. Tavren never sees, stores or receives your company data.
What can in-house SAP teams do before hiring consultants?
A great deal of the readiness work — assessing where each function stands, cleaning master data, building business-led test scenarios, and planning cutover and change — can be done in-house with the right structure. Tavren toolkits give your team that structure, so far less of the work ever reaches a consultant's invoice. See what in-house teams can own.
How much do the toolkits cost?
Individual packs are $779. A full series bundle — all five packs for one function — is $3,099, a saving versus buying the packs separately. Prices are in USD. There are no tiers, subscriptions or upsells, and the S/4HANA Readiness Starter Kit is free.
What's the difference between a pack and a series bundle?
A pack is a single toolkit covering one stage of the work — for example, data cleanse, or business testing. A series bundle is all five packs for one function (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain or HR) bought together at a lower combined price.
Do I need technical SAP skills to use the toolkits?
No. The toolkits are written for senior business people and process owners — the Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and HR leads who own the work — not for technical SAP consultants. They are plain-English and require no SAP configuration knowledge.
What's in the free starter kit?
The S/4HANA Readiness Starter Kit is a free, structured set of prompts that begins assessing your readiness for the move from ECC to S/4HANA — and shows you exactly what a Tavren toolkit gives you before you buy. Get the free starter toolkit.
How do I receive a toolkit after I buy?
Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your toolkit is a digital download with instant access — there is no waiting and nothing ships.
Consultancy cost

A migration consultant typically bills $800–$1,200 a day; one toolkit is $779 — less than a single day. Across a programme that runs to hundreds of thousands, often millions, these toolkits let your in-house team carry work that would otherwise land on an external invoice.
